Prior to departure from Hospital the following arrangements will be made.
- The Nurses will either change dressings or make local arrangements for this.
- You will be seen by a Physiotherapist on the day of operation or prior to discharge. Physiotherapy can be arranged locally if required.
- Suture removal or trimming will be planned.
- Follow up out patient arrangements will be organised with you by phone by Mr. Harpers’ secretary.
- Your operative findings will be discussed.
- Any work certificates will be issued.
- Post operative analgesia will be prescribed.
