Mr. Harper has over thirty years of Medico-legal experience. He has developed long term regular instructions with a variety of solicitors and intermediary agencies. 30% of these are for the plaintiff, 30% for the defendant and 40% are joint instruction.
A standard Medical report, half hour appointment, with review of notes is charged at £650-£750, though this can vary according to the complexity of the case and the number of notes sent for review.
Medico-legal appointments for preparation of a medico-legal report are at Spire Hospital Portsmouth .
The waiting list for medico-legal appointments is generally 2-3 weeks with a turnaround time of approximately 2 weeks if all notes and records have been received.
Medical Negligence work is considered, but only in the field of Shoulder Surgery, and only after individual case discussion.
